I finally decided to watch The
Hunger Games. I had to stop reading the book at chapter 13ish. I grab a blanket
and press play. The first 15 minutes were fine, actually quite enjoyable. Then
the games start! I pull the blanket over my head and scrunch up in the chair. I
peek my head out – not smart. I go back under the blanket and grab my phone,
text all the people I know who have seen this awful and terrifying movie, to
know what comes next. No one answers. I peek out of the blanket again – still
not smart. I try my hardest to watch by my head can’t find its way out of the
blanket. Finally I reached the last 15 minutes. I can watch. My stomach and
heart climb back to where they’re supposed to be. Watch the Hunger Games they
said. It’ll be fun they said. Hunger Games – BIG mistake.
