Allegiant

Spoilers included

Allegiant by Veronica Roth is the third book in the Divergent series. The genre of this book is dystopian syfy.  This book is narrated by both Tris and Tobias as first person. It is set about 300 years into the future and in  and out of the Chicago Experiment. Finding out the setting was an important part of the story, however it did help or give me a better understanding or picture in my head of the story. So far I really like this book and I think that the author has made many great choices in the book, but I do not think that it is the best one in the series. As I read more into the book I can see the characters start to grow and change in different ways, and it really makes me feel like I am with the characters as the story moves. I would love to read more books by Veronica Roth and I can’t wait to read her next book Four! I would definitely recommend this book, it’s really nicely written and has a very good story to follow.
When Tris and Tobias get out of Erudite, they are asked to go on a secret mission for the allegiant outside the fence. Once they make it out they discover along with the rest that they are part of an experiment called the  “Chicago Experiment.” This shocks and confuses them. Meanwhile Tris is trying to get as much information about her mother as she possibly can.

  1. I really liked this book unlike a lot of other people... have you gotten to the end yet? I hope you have liked it (did you figure out it was in Chicago yet???)

  2. Why yes I have, but if I hadn't you would have partially ruined the book for me. No I have not gotten to the end but thanks to people I know I am greatly aware of what happens.
